Products that are marked with the stopwatch symbol in the VEGA catalogue are shipped within 5 working days. This applies to plics® instruments as well as to 80 % of the other standard products. Even instruments made of special materials or for special applications are ready for shipment surprisingly fast. This production tempo is made possible by sophisticated electronic data processing and production planning that is set in motion as soon as an order comes in.

SPEED increases the availability of our sales department. Our experts can be contacted by phone at any time, even during vacation seasons and typical extended weekends. At the same time, SPEED reduces the reaction time. Most enquiries are answered immediately, either directly on the phone or by e-mail. And even in the quoting process VEGA is cranking up the speed: customised quotations are sent to the prospective customer within a very short time.

Whether customers mount and connect their instruments themselves or if this is done by VEGA experts: all products fit without problems into standardised fittings and even existing connections can be used. This is a real benefit of the SPEED concept.

VEGA has also improved repair times. Virtually all repairs are made and returned to the customer within seven working days. If necessary, VEGA will provide a replacement instrument during the repair time so that production and safety are guaranteed.
